Aye, short for An Eye...

Beside the shapes and forms that somehow look like a close up crop of a face around the eye, the water also adds to the 'fleshy' reality of the eye, and it is shiny. The small hole in the center of the yellow circle suggests that as the eye is looking up to the sky, the pupil will contract like the aperture closes down to counter strong light..oh well...
