15th is the last day of Lunar New Year, and the festival of 'Rice Balls', in which Chinese people eat specially made stick rice balls with filling.
I was totally unaware of the fireworks today, as I had no interest in shooting any. However, after meeting a friend in the Funan Mall, Alan Photo, today, I realised that this might be the last chance for me to shoot fireworks, and therefore the first as well as the last chance to try out capturing beautiful moments with my fisheye lens.
Unfortunately, God was only on my side for a while. The battery was running low, and I couldn't release the shutter anymore at around half way into the show I guess.
So I had to just watch it with capturing anything anymore, it was both frustrating and yet enjoyable because I actually got to really immerse into the show which I hardly had been doing when I was shooting fireworks.
