Treebute 3 - T'h'ree in One by lxrichbirdsf Treebute 3 - T'h'ree in One by lxrichbirdsf
:w00t:...Treebute 3 is out!!!

...

Well, this time it's rather special. It is still an Infra-Red capture.

Firstly, the theme this time is 'three', and this is the third Treebute, and it is a panorama stitch of three shots...:D...and of course it is focused on one single tree and therefore I named it 'T[h]ree in One'.

Here is the second Treebute : [link]

********
D70 + 18-200mm + Hoya R72, location is Sentosa Island, Singapore.

Enjoy!

I love infrared photos but I've never been even close to getting yellow trees.. may I ask how did you get them? I mean, how was your white balance set? Did you shoot RAW or JPEG? What program do you use to edit?

Ah, lots of questions, hope you can help me with this.

I shoot raw, and do some color adjustment in PS.

Did you set your white balance to green grass or was it something else?

:wow: very striking image, the metallic blue and yellow colours really caught my eye.
And I am intrigued to know how you used panoramas...... could you let me know how you did this (e.g. how close to the tre were you? did you photograph more than one tree? what size lens did you use?)
Any help would be much appreciated.... ;)

...I was actually not too far from the tree...about a few meters only, so I use 18mm, three shots...;p
